FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
- WHAT DOES YOUR SERVICE COST? – Cost
depends on a number of factors. If you can schedule your delivery in an area we already have scheduled
you can save some money. If not, then other factors are the location you want your delivery made, the number
of pieces you want delivered, the timing of your delivery, how long a delivery window you have, the size of your piece, the
weight of your piece, and the method used in making your delivery.
- WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
– We will deliver just about anywhere within an hours drive of the Minneapolis/Saint Paul core areas.
Prices will tend to be higher farther away from these core areas unless we already have a scheduled delivery.
- WHEN
DO YOU DELIVER? – Deliveries can be scheduled any day of the week depending on our capacity.
Weekday delivery is preferable at this time, although if you have a regular delivery that needs to be scheduled on
the weekend, we can work with you to get that done.
- WHAT TYPE OF ADVERTISING CAN
I HAVE DELIVERED? – We’ve delivered small flyers, large flyers, door hangers, cans of soda, candy
bars, makeup, potato chips, coffee bags, bars of soap, and a lot more. Use your imagination.
- CAN
I HAVE SEPARATE VERSIONS ON MY FLYERS? – Yes. We can target different versions of
your advertising into different neighborhoods of the metro area.
- CAN I REACH HIGHER INCOME
AREAS ONLY? – We have the metro area divided into small routes which allows us to deliver where you
want us to. Our hand collation system gives our carriers the ability to skip businesses, apartments, town homes, and mobile
homes if you wish.
- WHAT KIND OF RESPONSE CAN I EXPECT? – Response
can vary based on a number of factors. Much of your response will depend on the demand for what you’re
selling and the type of offer you have. Other factors can be timing and weather. Because
your flyer will have great visibility, you can count on your flyer being seen by many of the people being delivered to.
- DO
YOU HAVE INSURANCE? – We carry a full policy for general liability, worker’s compensation, and
vehicle insurance, so that our customers are fully protected against any and all potential claims.
- HOW
DO I KNOW MY FLYER IS GETTING OUT? – We monitor our carriers using GPS tracking to make sure the routes
are being delivered. We also do visual checks to make sure all deliveries are being made properly.
Many of our delivery personnel are employees who rely on your business for their livelihood. They
have an incentive to do the job right.
